interface allows you to define percentages of use for each line. If one
line goes down, 100% of the traffic is sent to the good line automatically.
A serial connection behind the Nexland ISB Pro800turbo automatically keeps
your network connected to the Internet via an external analog or ISDN modem*
in the unlikely event that both your primary connections go down.
